Logo to vector converter for logos without a source file
Lost the original logo file, or only have a PNG, JPG or an AI-made image? VKTR traces your logo into vector shapes you can recolour, resize and send to print as SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF. It gives you editable vectors, not the original design file or its fonts.

01 / How it works
How to convert a logo to vector in three steps
- 01
Open your logo
Drop, choose or paste the clearest copy of your logo: PNG, JPG, WebP or HEIC up to 20 MB.
- 02
Check colours and lettering
Set the number of colours, remove the background, then recolour or delete shapes and check every letter.
- 03
Download your vector logo
Set the width in millimetres and download SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF.
02 / What you get
What is in the vector file
Flat colours, cleanly separated
Auto finds the logo's flat colours (2 to 32). Each colour is its own group: select every shape of one colour at once and recolour it.
Lettering kept as shapes
Letters are traced as shapes, keeping dots and the holes in letters. For clear English or Arabic words, the editable-text tool can swap outlines for live text in a close system font (SVG only).
Every format a printer asks for
SVG, PDF, EPS and DXF from the same result, sized in millimetres.
AI-made logos too
Logos made with ChatGPT and other image generators are pictures, not vectors. VKTR traces them into shapes you can edit.
03 / Tips
For the cleanest result
Find the biggest copy
A logo copied from a website header or an email signature is often tiny. Look for the largest, sharpest version first.
Fix colours after tracing
Recolour shapes to your exact brand colours in the Studio before you download.
Check it like a proof
Compare every letter and line with the original. VKTR does not identify the original font.
04 / Questions
Logo to vector: questions and answers
How do I make my logo a vector file?
Open the logo image in VKTR Studio, check the traced colours and lettering, then download it as SVG, PDF, EPS or DXF. The result is editable vector shapes.
Can I convert a logo from a JPG or PNG?
Yes. VKTR accepts PNG, JPG, WebP or HEIC up to 20 MB, including screenshots and AI-generated logos.
Will the font in my logo be editable?
Traced lettering is made of shapes. For clear English or Arabic words, the editable-text tool can replace them with live text in one of five common system fonts when one matches closely; it does not identify the original font.
Which logo format should I send my printer?
Ask them. Many printers want a PDF; sign makers often ask for EPS; cutters and lasers take SVG or DXF. VKTR downloads all four from the same result.
Is converting a logo to vector free?
Converting, previewing and editing are free with no account. Each download uses one token, and every free account gets 1 token every 7 days.
